Our practice started in 2007.
Our clients are public entities, companies, or people.
We practice architecture in a broad array of applications.
We work with high end architectural technology, which allows to work fast, with minimal mistakes, to provide full
information to construction site, and to have the 3D model and the drawings permanently available through the
design process, allowing our clientes to fully participate in this process.
We are very realistic about construction costs. Every project starts with a construction budget agreed by the
client, and in every stage this budget is reviewed.
We apply project management procedures, which allows us to navigate through the project development
managing all involved efficiently. We coordinate all the engineers involved, and manage all the licensing
procedures with external entities and authorities, such as Municipality, Department of Heritage (DGPC), Tourism,
Traffic, Safety, and others as needed.
We also provide our clients with services of construction supervision, so they can count with our support from
project inception to the finish of the construction.
We’re a small office that aims at doing excellent work.
